No more chasing £16s on WhatsApp.
You shouldn’t have to choose between running the night and being on court. Members book and pay in-app · auto-matchmaking and a live board run the courts · every score becomes player stats.
3 courts · 14 playing · 4 on the bench

The board proposes the next pairing — you approve it, or override it.

Built and proven with our founding club, The Badminton Collective — real members, real games, real money, every week.
Every release goes under a real club night before it reaches anyone else. What ships is what survived a full hall.
Two screens, one night: the board on your phone, and a tablet courtside for the players.

Run the room from your hand — pairings, courts, the bench and every override, live on the night.
Every club night runs on a tablet propped by the courts, and the players run it themselves: it shows who is on, what they are playing to, and the results so far. When a game ends a player taps that court and records the score, and it goes straight into everyone’s stats — nobody types the night up afterwards, and nobody has to stand at the board all evening. It stays in step with the organiser’s phone, so the two never disagree.
A member opens a session and sees the date, the venue and a map, the options and prices, and the cancellation terms — then books in one tap, paying by card or from the session credit they already hold with the club. Capacity, the waiting list and refunds on cancellation are handled for them. No one is chased for money, and no organiser has to be the bank.

Pick the format, set the courts, open it for booking.

The board proposes pairings, absorbs late arrivals, and balances sit-outs.

A shareable wrap-up — podium, nail-biters, who played whom.

The live board, the matchmaking queue, every override — in your hand on the night. And because players record their own games at the tablet, you choose your night: be on court playing, or just watch the signals.

Capacity, waitlists, refunds on cancellation.
Member tiers and pricing — rolling out with early clubs.
Who changed what, in plain English — and searchable.
Wondering how the money works? It is all set out under Pricing — where the fee comes from, and whose account your members’ money lands in.
Pick how the board pairs people — fair games, fast.
You play everyone — fresh partners and opponents all night.
You play your level — tight, competitive matches.
Some options lean toward variety — you play everyone. Others lean toward close games — you play your level. It learns the room over the first few weeks, then the pairings just click.
The week stops running on you.
Members book and pay in advance — the money is in before anyone steps on court.
Bookings, courts and scoring run themselves — no list to wrangle before each session.
A paid booking still covers the court — and a clear list means people turn up.
Every club on ShuttleStats gets its own app at its own address — yourclub.shuttlestats.app — carrying the club’s own colours, logo and home-screen icon, which members install in two taps with no app store and no download. It is one platform themed per club rather than a separate build each, which is why a club gets it on day one and why every improvement reaches every club at once.

Example clubs — the same app, three brandings.
yourclub.shuttlestats.app — your club’s home on the web from day one.
Your colours, your logo, your icon on the member’s home screen.
Straight to the home screen with your club’s own app icon — no app store, no download — and the same app works full-size on desktop.
Most clubs are invisible online — a Meetup thread or a Facebook group nobody quite finds. Every ShuttleStats club can have a real presence on the web from the day it goes live: its own address, a page for each session it runs and the venue it plays at, published so that search engines and AI assistants can read them, plus a listing in the public Clubs Directory. It is opt-in and off until the club switches it on, private and junior sessions can be kept back, and a club can leave the directory whenever it likes — but once it is on, new players can find the club and book their first session without an organiser lifting a finger.
Your club, your sessions and your venue are published in a way search engines can read — so you can be found when someone searches for badminton near you, instead of being invisible online.
Built to be read by ChatGPT and the new AI search tools too — so “where can I play badminton in our town?” can point someone to you.
A public, growing list of real clubs on ShuttleStats — another front door for players looking for somewhere to play, with nothing to maintain.
Off by default — nothing’s public until you switch it on. Keep private or junior session details to yourself, and opt out of the directory entirely whenever you like.
The Clubs Directory is live
A booking form is a weekend's work. A club night that actually runs needs the unglamorous engineering underneath — built, proven on real nights at The Badminton Collective, and still improving.
Every club’s players, games, bookings and money are stored separately from every other club’s, and no club can see another’s. Anyone who plays at two clubs gets a separate profile in each, with separate stats, and decides in each club on its own whether theirs is public — a choice made at your Tuesday club is not a choice made anywhere else.
Card payments, refunds, credit balances, cancellations and a club’s own Stripe onboarding — the half of a booking system that has to be right every time, not just on the happy path.
Matchmaking, courts and scoring on one screen — two admins can score at once, and nothing’s lost if a tablet drops offline. Every score becomes a stat.
Your address, a page for every session and the machine-readable detail behind them, regenerated whenever your schedule changes — so nothing goes stale and there is nothing to keep updating by hand.
And it compounds. When we ship a feature for one club, every club gets it — you’re joining a product that keeps improving.
It's about your progress, not a leaderboard. Every player gets a personal picture of their game — your form, your streaks, your best wins, built from games you actually played. And for those who want to compete, there's a rating that rewards who you actually beat, not just how often you turn up.
An illustration of a player’s stats: games played, win rate, current streak, and a form curve trending upwards.

A record of who did what, and when.
Pressure-tested on club nights at The Badminton Collective. Here's what shipped recently.
We put every release under real club-night load — dozens of players, every court busy, games scored live as the night runs. Testing at full scale surfaces what demos never do, and it has driven big improvements to the experience on the floor.
Members can book their spot, pay by card with Stripe, and manage credits — all in one place. Live now at The Badminton Collective, where real members are booking and playing.
Google sign-in, claim your player profile, pick an avatar — Google portrait, your own photo, or a classic monogram — and a personal greeting on home.
The tablet is on court — your game shows up, you record your own score when it ends, and achievements pop up live as the night unfolds.
No subscription, no card. We take a small fee when a member pays — so you only ever pay us when your members pay you.
The full toolkit for your club — no subscription, no card.
A small fee on the payments your members make — you only ever pay us when they pay you.
A flat fee per payment, agreed with your club up front — like any booking platform. Founding clubs lock in founder rates.
Every club connects its own Stripe account and stays the merchant of record for its own takings. Members pay on Stripe’s own payment form, so card details go straight to Stripe and never reach ShuttleStats. Each payment is created directly on the club’s Stripe account, so the money lands in the club’s own Stripe balance and pays out to the club’s own bank — ShuttleStats never holds or pools club money, and that includes the session credit a member tops up and any refund the club issues. What ShuttleStats charges is a flat platform fee on the payments members make, agreed with the club up front and taken by Stripe out of that same payment: there is no subscription, no monthly cost and no percentage of your takings, and a session with nothing to pay raises no payment at all and so carries no fee. A club can absorb that fee or pass it on to the member — and where it is passed on, the member sees it in the total before they pay.
The app is live and free to run your club — what has a queue is us setting it up with you: your branding, your members moved across, and founder rates locked in at signup. Tell us about your club and we'll come to you as places open.
We ask you to sign in first so every club is counted once — and it becomes your club login later, so nothing is wasted. We only use your details to email you about ShuttleStats.
Send us your logo — we set your whole app in your colours, your fonts and your mark, matched to your existing brand. You play; we handle the look. A one-time setup we do for clubs that join us early.
Every club on ShuttleStats, and every session they have coming up, in one place.
